Most orders are delivered within 3 working days. If we cannot deliver the goods within 5 working days then we will contact you and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. Please do not arrange a date for your plumber until after the goods have been delivered.

Delivery Procedure

We use a next day parcel carrier to deliver your goods. We will email you on the day of despatch of your goods to confirm that they are on their way. If you are not in on the the 1st delivery attempt a card will be left. The following working day a 2nd delivery attempt will be made. The goods will then be held at the parcel carriers local despatch office for a further 2 days for you to collect the goods.

The delivery requires a signature hence please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign and print for the goods. Prior to signing for the goods please inspect the outside packaging for any signs of damage. Should you have any concerns clearly sign and print for the goods and write "UNCHECKED" underneath.
